But the stadium is only one part of what’s happening.We are now seeing the first major pieces of the Jaguars-led development come to life.Jacksonville Jaguars Headquarters Opens at One Tower CourtThe first major milestone is officially complete: the new Jacksonville Jaguars headquarters at One Tower Court.The six-story, 137,000-square-foot Class A office building now serves as the permanent home for the Jaguars’ front office.Inside, the space was designed for collaboration and media—from a multi-level social staircase to a dedicated social media command center and panoramic river views.The building also introduces new public-facing elements, including a Downtown YMCA on the ground floor, helping activate the surrounding area beyond game days.Four Seasons Development Taking Shape in Downtown JacksonvilleRight next to the Jaguars headquarters, the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville is actively under construction.What was once underutilized land along the river is now being transformed into a high-end waterfront destination.
