Corner Lot purchased One Ocean in partnership with Kelco Management & Development, Aspect Real Estate Group, and Sage Hospitality Group.The partnership plans to elevate the resort with significant renovations starting in 2025 and has brought in the award winning, Sage Hospitality Group to provide a world class hospitality experience. Sage has a collection of over 60 hotels, 18 of which are award winning.Two of Sage Hospitality Groups Award Winning HotelsOne Ocean was originally the Sea Turtle Inn which was built in 1972. Ashford Hospitality Trust purchased the Sea Turtle Inn for $23 million in 2004.
