Corner Lot’s Largest Residential Development To Date

King’s Preserve, previously known as Darby, is currently the largest residential development actively underway by Jacksonville based developer Corner Lot. This single-family development sits on 740 acres near Old Kings Road and Plummer Road with 742 home sites in the works. The residential subdivision is under construction is in the Northwest part of Duval County near the Nassau County line, placing it in a quiet area just outside the I-295 beltway but conveniently close to Jacksonville International Airport with easy access to Downtown Jacksonville.

The homebuilder is Breeze Homes which is the home building arm of Corner Lot, alongside national homebuilders.

The development is in partnership with DLP Capital whose name has been popping up more frequently in partnership with some of Jacksonville’s biggest developments including the $500 Million Pearl Street District with Gateway Jax.
