The Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Jacksonville is set to become a defining icon in the Sports & Entertainment District in Downtown Jacksonville. It will bring world-class luxury and waterfront living to downtown. With an estimated total project cost of $387 million, this highly anticipated development is the largest private investment of its kind. Therefore, it marks a significant moment in Jacksonville’s history.

Led by Jaguars owner Shad Khan and Iguana Investments, the project includes a five-star Four Seasons hotel. Additionally, it also features upscale private residences, a six-story office building, and a marina support facility. The hotel and residences alone represent a $215 million investment.

Meanwhile, the entire vertical construction totals over $254 million. An additional $39 million is dedicated to the office building and nearly $10 million to the marina support structure. The city has also contributed nearly $130 million in incentives to help bring this transformative project to life.

Once complete, the Four Seasons Jacksonville will offer world-class hospitality, luxury waterfront residences, fine dining, a full-service spa, and sweeping views of the St. Johns River. The project is designed to elevate Jacksonville’s downtown experience. Additionally, it aims to attract new visitors and support continued growth along the riverfront.

As construction progresses, the Four Seasons Jacksonville stands as a symbol of the city’s future. It represents a vibrant, modern, and upscale destination on the rise.
