The Casa Marina Hotel in Jacksonville Beach is officially under contract with plans for redevelopment by Corner Lot.

We sat down with real estate developer, Andy Allen, CEO of Corner Lot. He shared an exclusive video update on what’s next for the historic building in Jax Beach.

For over 100 years, Casa Marina has been a beloved landmark with iconic historic architecture in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Now, with Corner Lot’s vision, the hotel will be preserved and elevated for future generations. It will blend its historic charm with modern updates and new additions.

In this exclusive interview, Andy Allen shares the inspiration behind the project and plans for the historic renovation. It also covers hotel development and what this means for the future of Jacksonville Beach.

The project’s hospitality design and architect of record have not yet been officially determined. However, the official architectural renderings were done by Bold Line Design. Additionally, Bold Line was the Architect of Record for Corner Lot’s, Corner On Main and NoCo Center.

The historic preservation will be done by Brooke Robbins of Robbins Design Studio. Robbins Design has done many of Jacksonville’s historic renovation adaptive reuse developments. These include The Baptist Convention Building at 218 Church St., the Federal Reserve Building, and the Jessie Ball duPont Center.
